BTES being the talent pool for our parent company i.e bebo Technologies regularly organizes various Campus Drives in order to bring in the right talent. Various Top Colleges & Universities of different regions participate in these drives.

This is an another initiative by BTES towards the quality delivery of education to young engineers and provides day-one ready talent to the industry, that we are committed to. So, providing various platforms and connecting all the stakeholders to provide the industry with real-world professionals. The Reconnect meet is another platform for BTES students as an Alumni, this is an opportunity to stay connected with BTES, to Expand, Enhance and Envision, to explore and reinvent stronger destinations for themselves in their career journey being the part of family as a BTES alumnus and can write your own success story.

Students during their journey at BTES, They get exposure to interact with HR Team and Technical Experts during their sessions at BTES. Technical Experts who are experienced professionals in their respective domains. bebo HR guide and prepare the students on Soft-Skills, sessions include PD, Interview preparation, How to handle client meetings etc. The interaction with these team not only help them to clarify their doubts but know about the industry trends, about the latest technologies and learn how to stay focused during their training at BTES. These interactions with experts from Technical Teams and HR-Team helps the students a lot in getting absorbed by the Industry.

HOD/TPO Meets are organized for the HOD’s & Training cum Placement Officers of different colleges for a better understanding of Industry Trends & expectations.

The objective of this meet is to introduce the concept of Student Ambassadors from colleges for building a better connect between BTES & college students at each level / semester during their Graduation/Post graduation.

Academia & Industry Meet is organized by BTES in collaboration with bebo where in all the dignitaries like Directors, Principals , Vice Presidents of esteemed colleges of different regions like Punjab, Haryana & Himachal are invited for an interaction with the Top Management of bebo Technologies & QA Source with an objective to bridge in the gap between the Industry & the Academia. This helps both the Industry & the Academia to understand their expectations & help each other in nurturing the right talent.

BTES provides an opportunity to its College Students as well as students@ BTES to get an exposure to the Industry thereby organizing Industry visit to bebo Technologies providing facility tour, Interaction with the Technical as well as HR Experts . This helps the freshers understand the real time environment of an IT Company & how it functions.
